The Globalization of Goodwill
Lhasa, Tibet, Saturday 8/8/20
ANY motion can be turned to humanity’s advantage. The current cranky and ill-conceived effort by somewhat demented tinkerers to control the planet is no exception.
Several great positives have emerged from their psychological warfare offensive against the people.
One is that they have revealed themselves, their methods and their collaborators and accomplices a little too much for their own comfort.
Another is that they have thereby made themselves the common enemy in the minds of many people throughout the human community and that, at last, is the CORRECT TARGET.
Another is that they have inadvertently increased the sense of brotherhood among people, the concept of humanity as one race wherein our nations – ideally at least – are self-governing neighbourhoods confederated into a broader global community.
Another is the speed with which the culprits – the global crime syndicate of psychanthropists, would-be authoritarians and utopian tinkerers who just LOVE to use the planet’s human community as their experimental laboratory – were found out.
Another has been the speed with which resistance has flourished, a growth that is now almost exponential and promises to sweep the globalist criminals aside in a massive groundswell of popular revolt – PROVIDED we persist.
But there’s another from which we should all take even greater heart. Consider:
- There are MANY good people out there willing and able to speak out and fight back even at personal risk. This has been a revelation and one should take great pride in belonging to species capable of such courage and character, man’s habitual defamers and detractors notwithstanding.
- Among these heroes of the evolution are a veritable army of medical professionals, people of great honour who take the Hippocratic oath seriously and are not about to let the politics of totalitarian turds force them into violating it.
- There are millions of people of goodwill willing and able to get along. Among the vast majority of human beings there is NO thirst for war, destruction or mayhem, no desire to rob or deceive or cheat or disenfranchise their fellows.
- Among them are people of immense ingenuity, capability, creativity and constructive power. And YOU are one of them.
- There are advanced technologies capable of producing wonders in so many fields thanks to the powerful minds of generations of thinking men and women.
- There is a sane pro-survival desire among the human communities of Earth for unity and the protections afforded self and others by just laws applicable to all. It is that very desire that has been hijacked by the globalists and perverted into the incremental process of enslavement. Yet that human drive for cooperation, peace and unity as a species is nonetheless real and worthy.
The point I am making here is that, right here and now, we the people of the human community of Earth have in our possession ALL the ingredients, components, skills, resources, willingness and desire necessary for the construction of a new and betterg lobal civilisation.
They comprise the wherewithal for a new kind of globalism infinitely more desirable, beneficial and endurable than the shabby, tawdry and uninspiring imitation put forth by the globalists, a global community not enforced or imposed by trickery and deceit but GROWN from the grass roots and which consults the willingness and desire of people of good will, which the planet has in great abundance.
The globalists, intent upon their self-serving mockery don’t want you to know this. Hence the turmoil, the infiltration and sabotage of decent movements, the divide-and-rule and the relentless injection of dismay into the affairs of men.
But their crime syndicate is of no service or help to Man and therefore of no value. They have nothing to offer humanity and stand merely as an impediment to our creation of something vastly superior
They are getting in our road.
Sweep them aside.
For we can conceive and play a better game.

Time to Shine Your Light in This World of Fear and Distress
With very best wishes for a transformed world,
Fred Burks for the PEERS empowerment websites
Fred Burks for the PEERS empowerment websites
Excerpts from the article “Hidden Hand: Interview...”
Remembering
Can you look beyond what your eyes are showing you to find and express love and happiness in a world of fear and distress? If you can, you will be as a beacon of light into the darkness. Will you succumb to the darkness, or will you stand and shine your inner light? Only you can make that decision for yourself.
Look at the things in your life that you most love to do. Ask yourself what makes you most happy. Experience these things as often as possible, as they will be related to some of the things you chose to put into your soul contract to do here.
Also look at the negative things that often seem to recur during your lifetime. It will be highly likely that these are also things that you chose to come here to work upon.
Use your negative emotions when they arise as the tools that they truly are. Train yourself to notice when negativity arises in you. When you catch yourself projecting a negative thought, remember that all thought is creative, and ask yourself if that is really what you want to create.
It takes a while to become proficient, but do not give up. Just keep noticing your negative thought patterns as they arise, and in so doing, simply choose again and select a response that is more positive. It is called working on yourself and is the main reason you have chosen to be here right now – to work upon yourself.
Guard your thoughts carefully, as they are more powerful than you may imagine. If you see doom and gloom, then that is what you are projecting. The world is your mirror. It reflects back to you what you are putting out. If you do not like the reflection life is showing you, then change that which is causing it.
When you remember who you are and you know it deep within the core of your being, you will know and recognize your invisible connection to All That Is. And in so doing, joy, thanksgiving, and service will be the natural outpouring result from your grateful heart.
There is a big difference between loving yourself and being selfish. When you truly understand what it is to know and love yourself, you cannot help but to love and serve others. When you understand this at the core level of your being, you will be on the path Home.
Be as a light shining in the darkness. Do not burn others with your light, but rather allow them to be drawn to your light. And be of service to those who come to you willingly. In other words, do not become evangelical with your message, but rather be the enigmatic and loving "wise old sage", to whom others are drawn to because of the quality of vibration, rather than the volume of rhetoric.
Most importantly, practice that which you preach. Others must be able to see the effect of our Infinite Creator conducting his wonderful work through you. But above all things, keep working upon yourself and keep choosing the positive – being of service to others. Do it not because you feel that you must, but because you desire to. When you work upon yourself and learn to know the creator within you, being of service to others will be natural for you.
There is a simple method to check upon your progress. Despite what appears to being going on in the world around you, how loving and harmonious are your personal relationships? Remember that the world is your mirror. It casts back at you the reflection of that which you have projected into it. How many arguments do you find yourself engaging in? Is there bitterness and acrimony within the ranks? Do you look at others and think about how you would like to change them? Or do you love them and accept them as they are?

Collective Evolution and Individual Enlightening are the Same Thing
Revolution–the real kind–is an inside job.
This is not a click-friendly fact to highlight. Whenever I talk about revolution as having more to do with sincere inner work than with demonstrations and pitchforks and the proletariat rising up against the bourgeoisie, I get met with a lot of blank stares and dead air. It’s much more click-friendly to talk about how terrible this or that politician or oligarch or media figure is and how they should be launched into the sun with a giant crossbow.
It’s true though. Revolution is an inside job.
This is not a click-friendly thing to say because it is not an egoically pleasing thing to say. When they ask why the world is screwed up and what to do about it, people want to be told that it’s because of those Bad Guys over there and they need to be put in their place by these Good Guys over here; they don’t want to be told they need to disentangle themselves from egoic consciousness so they can see clearly enough to operate in an efficacious way.
But it’s a fact.
This is not some new agey, metaphysical philosophical position. I’m not saying that there are no villains outside yourself or any of that dopey spiritual woo woo crap; there absolutely are horrible people in the world who absolutely are doing horrible things that have absolutely horrible consequences for all of us. I’m not saying that if you do inner work you’ll magically make the sociopathic elites who are manipulating humanity toward its doom somehow turn into nice people via some esoteric mystical principle or anything like that. And I’m definitely not saying not to organize, demonstrate or take large, decisive actions against establishment power structures.
What I am saying is that the most effective thing you can do to fight the bastards and create a healthy world is to bring clarity to your own inner processes, so that’s where your energy should be most emphasized.

This is a Spiritual/Conscious War, and We Need You To Fight
In the 1800s Catholic philosopher Orestes Brownson once claimed that Satan’s “favorite guise in modern times is that of philanthropy”.
He wrote that, during the French Revolution, it was “under the influence of philanthropy [that] Europe became one vast slaughterhouse; kings and nobles, bishops, priests and nuns, old men and young women, were dragged to the scaffold, and the reign of love was drowned in torrents of innocent blood.”
What? Philanthropists are the good guys – the great guys! Surely? What could be wrong with philanthropy?
As Brownson pointed out, “philanthropy goes to work to reform—on a large scale; for philanthropy scorns small beginnings, and proposes always to commence operations on the masses.”
As a spokeswoman for the $37 billion Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation explained when pressed about why the foundation chose not to help dozens of homeless people sleeping outside its $500 million Seattle headquarters, “We’re trying to move upstream to a systems level to either prevent family homelessness before it happens or to end it as soon as possible after it happens.”
It would be ridiculous to consider actually walking out there and just helping the people right there, right?! Just as absurd as 150,000 people dying “deaths of despair” – Coronavirus’ latest victims: the depression and bankruptcy suicides and severe drug overdose and withdrawal casualties, the family violence fatalities. People are disconnected and lonely and living with fear and dread – some of the ever-so-inventive death virus – others, much more realistically, of the trillions of imaginary play money being printed to turn them into faithful acolytes.
God help us all. Because the philanthropists have other agendas.
Bill Gates is a declared atheist. He is joined in that non-belief by billionaire atheist/agnostics Warren Buffet and George Soros.
Surprise, surprise…
Watch today’s Lucy and Jeff Show to see Melinda Gates pushing hard for a global COVID-19 vaccine on the TODAY Show while wearing a bright and shiny upside-down cross around her neck, and why Barack Obama fits into this esteemed group.

Quantum Simplicity
... Quantum Simplicity ...
The universe, high and low, is really a "Divine-Make-Work" project. Everything runs on Universal Energy most people call God or TIL - The Infinite Light. It's a Vibration of Energy and it's Neutral. The actual "Divine-Work-Makers" are Beings equivalent to what we could call animal-trainers. They control or program the lower worlds. Naturally, they are a few steps higher than the average lion tamer, for they are Divine Beings or Co-Creators. Meanwhile, all things are relative...
All worlds are similar to global size circuses and all the "Make-Work" is created so that Souls or Universal-Energy-Units are able to have experiences. Actually, many of these Units create their own experiences since all Units are Holograms of the ICU - the Infinite Creative Universe...
The ICU is The One Mind imagining that it is The Many and it lets its imagination run free within, or throughout all of its aspects. The trick is to enjoy this imagination, including the experiences it creates, without comparing them to others. If it was not for the Divine-Work-Makers, loosely called the Programmers, the universe would be totally stagnant or dead. It would be an infinite Computer without Software! This way - all Aspects are busy and most have the idea that they are going some place...
Naturally, no one Being or Entity goes any place, because all happenings are dreams that take place in their own infinite Mind or Imagination. By design, no Being can pop out of its own dream at will. However, this does occur when True Awakening takes place. This happens to all dreamers or co-creators when they have reached the end of their Creative-Program or when they fully realize that the entire universal activity is nothing but a Divine-Make-Work project. All Beings or Entities cycle within the universe from Top to Bottom and up again. One cycle is called an Infinity. The universe is a Structered-Movement within Awareness or Consciousness. It is on an Infinite Journey without a specific destination - except the final goal of Full Awakening! We are Unborn Awareness cycling up and down as well as sideways...
Most Beings (and especially Human Beings) who speak to their fellow Beings about the Divine-Make-Work project are declared insane immediately! As a rule the masses are too busy to notice that they have been hit by the Truth. Most people, for example, hate the Truth and shun it like a plague. Yet, all of them are looking for it without realizing that they Are The Truth. All are very self-involved by trying to fix or save the world. They work the Light so to speak. Fixing and saving the world is a selfish addiction I call Feeling Important! Notwithstanding this nasty addiction - the allover effect of the Divine-Make-Work project gloriously declares the universe a win-win proposition. In other words - there are no losers...
It is mandatory for all humans and other creatures to be subjected to the Divine-Make-Work project. It's an automatic or a default situation! Eventually, all of them move up and become Divine-Work-Makers themselves. There is lots of room and work at the Top. All Beings and Entities are basically Creative Energy Units raising themselves. If one becomes really good at it, one is promoted to Divine-Work Programmer or Co-Creator. All Galaxies are full of them...
The work at hand in the universe is divided according to the ability of forgetting OneSelf and playing any role convincingly without revealing the secret that "anything goes" or "flipping out" like I did by telling you all this (Please Grin). In the mean time, very few actors make universal history by becoming a Christ or a Buddha immediately. Some already were when they landed - but no Master will tell that s/he is a Master! Last but not least, it is useful to mention again that the entire Universe is...
! A Divine-Make-Work-Project of Love !

Infinite Self – Reclaiming Your Inner Power
Posted on by Soren Dreier

Author: Stuart Wilde
Twenty-five thousand people were attracted to my spiritual teacher
over the few years that he taught, and at each level of progress, the
teachings and disciplines got harder and harder.
After a period of
about three years, almost everyone had dropped out; near the end, there
were only 72 people left – one of which was yours truly. Eventually
there were only three of us left. It was that tough.
The
disciplines imposed by our teacher were difficult because they required
you to be extremely spontaneous. So my teacher would phone and say,
“There is a meeting next Wednesday evening in southern Spain at seven
o’clock. Be there!”
There was no question of: could you afford the
travel expenses, get the time off work, were you happy with the idea,
or was it convenient for you? It was a matter of “be there”! If you were
even one minute late for a meeting, you got tossed out forever. There
were no ifs, buts, or maybes; we were cut no slack.
I remember a
session that was held in California, at Big Sur. The meeting was called
for six in the morning. A number of us flew from London, including two
South African friends of mine. We got to the hotel the day before and
checked in. My pals were up early next morning and decided to go for a
little walk before the meeting started. They arrived back at the meeting
room at three minutes past six.
They were not allowed to enter –
in spite of the fact that they had flown all the way from London. That
was the last I saw of them – on that particular path anyway.
What I
learned from those experiences was that spiritual growth and the
getting of a higher awareness is not necessarily convenient. That’s why
most never make it. They want to reach a higher place from within the
considerations of the ego and its limited consciousness – which often
defines life into self-righteous, cozy little boxes, creating a
self-indulgent energy that has the potential of a slug in a puddle.
The ego likes little boxes it is familiar with. But when considering
an infinite consciousness, the first thing you have to do is burn the
boxes. Lao-Tzu talks about it in the first few lines of the Tao Te Ching
– when talking about the Infinite Self, the Christ consciousness, the
God Force, the Tao, the Buddhahood, whatever you care to call it – is
that it runs through all things, its everywhere, so it has no
definitions.
Only the ego needs to define, discriminate, quantify,
and measure things in order to create an edge or framework to life so
it can feel secure and comfortable with what little it knows and
comprehends. But the eternity of the grace of God flows through the life
force of plants, trees, animals, humans, and all things. It doesn’t
have a boundary or definition.
You can define the position of a
tree because there is a definite space around the tree where it is not.
Here’s the tree, and there’s the space around it where it is not. But
the God Force is omnipresent, meaning it’s everywhere, it can’t be
defined. It is the “nameless” from which everything flows. If the God
Force is omnipresent, it must also be God, because God is everywhere.
The God Force and God must be one and the same.
You can work it
out. There is a law in physics that states that no two particles can
occupy the same space.
So, if the God Forces is everywhere, and God (He,
She, or It) is everywhere, then God must be the God Force, and the God
Force must be God – because you can’t have a particle of God existing in
the same place as a particle of God Force.
Either you’d have to
have a particle of God Force and a particle of God side-by-side, and
then both of them are not omnipresent, or they would have to be
superimposed upon each other, which is not possible.
So the God Force
and God are one and the same.
The act of defining life limits your
perception of it. In the Tao, nothing is considered high or low, short
or long. One could say, a journey is long because it takes you four
hours to drive from A to B, but it’s not long when compared to sending a
satellite to Mars. And that isn’t long compared to the distance from
earth to the Andromeda galaxy.
Tossing our definitions of high,
low, good, and bad is the first step towards grasping the indefinable
nature of the Infinite Self. This can be a little unnerving for the ego
because it likes the idea of my body, my people, my house, my car; I am
here, and I’m not everywhere else. Of course, that is true in a strict
physical sense, but in the realm of consciousness, your energy is bigger
that mere concepts of my body, my life, my car.
As you expand
your heart and go past your resistance to letting go, you comprehend
yourself as an omnipresent, eternal being – one that dwells in a
multidimensional state, timeless and immortal. Meaning, you existed
before you came to the earth plane, you exist now in a physical form,
and you will exist after you leave the earth place – after your body
quits in the earth place.
The idea of the Infinite Self is
beautiful, but it’s hard for the ego and the personality to grasp. If I
say to you, “Think about Infinity,” you can try to imagine something
going on forever. But if I ask what does infinity feel like, you will
probably not have a precise feeling you can identify with. You might
say, “Oh, yes, Stu, I think I know what infinity is like.” But thinking
you know is only the first run on the ladder.
First you sell the ego-personality the idea as an intellectual
principle. Then through discipline, meditation, opening yourself up,
moving beyond fear – through coming to a more compassionate
understanding of this planet – you finally comprehend the Infinite Self
as feeling. Then you’ll be able to say, “Yep, I feel eternal, immortal,
and infinite. I feel I am everywhere and nowhere, I dwell in the realm
of spirit.”
Next, it’s important to grasp, early on, that
spiritual growth is not necessarily convenient or comfortable.
This is
not only because you have to discard an awful lot of your beliefs and
definitions – things you hold sacrosanct – but also because your can’t
get to the Infinite Self without traveling back through the
psychological and metaphysical reality of who you are and the memories
of what you have done in this lifetime.
Looking at yourself can be
uncomfortable. It’s difficult to learn to control the ego and
discipline the mind without it reacting. However, it’s a vital part of
the journey, and you have to raise your energy gradually, over a period
of time.

Dreamwalker-Santa Muerte: All That Matters is Not Gold
This is Santa Muerte, otherwise known as the Angel of Death.
There
is a criticism that as a remover of barriers I may at times remove too
many barriers between the subject and the objective.
My
response to this has been that whatever barriers you might see before
you are simply illusions to the objective that you wish to achieve.
So
for those who are not so good at “delayed gratification” know that
their expectations are not unreasonable. It is possible to have
everything you desire NOW. It is only your own creation of those
barriers that prevents instant gratification of all that you desire.
It
is to some degree (to a large degree) a product of a linear mind. You
feel that you need to deal with things one at a time, so you place
before you / between you and the objective, barriers to manage the flow
of information your brain needs to deal with.
But
your heart exists in every possibility as a multidimensional organ.
This is why sometimes you hear the suggestion that the heart can handle
what the head cannot. The heart can handle everything that is thrown at
it, it is the brain that needs to take information and events in little
pieces. By knowing this it is possible to allow the focus of the mind to
see what it needs to see and not be bothered by the fact that the heart
is taking in so much more of the whole. This is becoming whole-hearted.
So how is the mind trained to stop focusing / requiring linear events?
The
answer to this lies in the philosopher’s stone. It is a stone that
philosophers use. This is important because it is not a stone that is
used by someone who builds things, or by someone who manages money, or
by someone who wants to turn lead into gold! It is used by someone who
wishes to know how to think with their heart.
When
you are given a philosopher’s stone, you might be disappointed to learn
that it is nothing more than a clear faceted gem. You are encouraged to
look through it, and see not the gem or the gem’s facets, but the world
around you. What do you see? Probably not very much, but you become
aware that there are multiple views of the same thing. It is after all
the reflection of the world that a diviner sees when scrying a water
vessel (bowl). And then when one removes the crystal it is possible to
continue to see every aspect of the world in this manner. In the Wizard
of Oz, Dorothy might have been given emerald glasses to view the emerald
city. But perhaps by donning those glasses she was in fact able to see
the path to defeat the evil witch. The two events are not unrelated, but
a critical part of the story often left out of the final telling. [I
also hear "Agartha", in that there is a key to how it is revealed here.]
So
how does this relate to the process of alchemy? Alchemy is
transmutation, which is changing “matter” from one form to another. So
what matters to you? And how much can you change what doesn’t matter
into what does matter? That is an interesting question and key to the
process of changing lead to gold. Is changing lead to gold really what
matters to you at this time? What matters more? By analyzing these
questions you might find that you have higher priorities. So the
philosopher’s stone (that which you hold now in your heart) tends to
transform matter into that which matters. If you pay attention to your
timeline you will see that this is true in every case. This can be a
difficult thing for the mind to deal with because what matters in the
heart and what matters in the mind are not always the same thing. When
they become the same, you have unlocked the secret of the philosopher’s
stone.

Mastery of the Expanded Self
Contributing Writer for Wake Up World
To
truly realize the depth and majesty of our expanded self, we have to
master the direct confrontation of the moment. It’s all about performing
inner alchemy. There’s essentially two forms of consciousness that make
up our existential being: the separation consciousness that forms the
bodymind, and the unity consciousness that forms the soul. If you
include various disruptive energies of society’s matrix, everything we
experience from thoughts, to emotions and feelings are caused by the
interaction of these various flows of consciousness. How might ‘we’ – as
presence – be able to positively influence the internal dynamic?…
Creating Your Own Reality?
Some
speak of shaping the thoughts in order to master beingness, but to me,
this is simply a case of the tail wagging the dog. The same goes for
‘creating your own reality’. Sure, we do create our own reality, but
what do we mean exactly by ‘our’? In most cases the identity doing the
manifestation is just a more subtle form of ego – a spiritual identity –
that wants to control the situation in some particular way because it
cannot accept what is already unfolding.
We are already shaping and creating everything we experience. Either the true self - the soul -
is shining through and creating harmonious experiences or else the
false self is influencing the show, by resistance to what’s currently
happening, denial or just plain insensitivity. We might feel a creative
impulse for something to happen, only for the flow to get derailed by
internal eddy currents of life’s conditioning.
In
which case you can’t simply ‘paper over the cracks’, by manipulating
the outer pieces on the game board without first uncovering and
unwinding what’s really happening inside. To do so, is simply to
perpetuate the disharmony through our lives. Even though the
circumstances may change – our jobs, relationships or location – the
patterns remain the same. Instead, we need to look deeply into the outer
mirror we’re already creating. This includes our most intense and
intimate feelings towards it, no matter how challenging or painful. Then
there’s a requirement to notice the blind spots, the grey areas in
these points of attachment where presence closes down and gets drawn
into the fray through identification.
Grasping the Hot Coals
The
only way out is through. We have to feel the fullness of these
retractions from the moment. You have to grasp the hot coals and feel
the heat before you drop them. If you retract in the face of the heat or
the pain or the heartache, be it emotional, physical or mental, then in
that moment, you have reconfirmed your identification with the heat and
with that your separation from the all that is. You have made yourself a
victim of the sense of separation and crystalised that as your reality.
The
key is transcendence: feeling through the heat of the moment until the
coals define you no longer. You become the heat, the pain, the tension,
the discomfort and soften into it. You become so totally at-one with it,
that you no longer build internal references, structures and judgments
around the situations. It is in these totally lucid moments you become
absolutely authentic and free. You have transcended the limitation of
identification and dropped into the void of infinite potential. From
here, anything can happen. The authentic flow of the soul ignites,
fueled by the unstoppable force of the universe.
To
master such transcendence is to increase our inner intimacy – to bring
absolute attention into our bodily field, to know when we retract,
resist and deny. Bringing presence into these blind spots automatically
begins to unwind them, liberating the soul as a free flowing spontaneity
through the moment. There is nothing that feels better, more harmonious
or complete. This is truly living.
The Path to Bodhidharma
It is the Openhand Approach to life and I’ve found it very aligned with some of the ancient eastern teachings such as that of the monk Bodhidharma. I came across his work some years ago through a lovely synchronicity and felt to share a glimpse here…
In
the old days in China there was a priest called Master Tozan. A monk
asked him “how can we escape from this severe heat and cold?” This is
not just a question about severe heat and cold. It is a question about
the reality we are always facing – a melancholy and difficult reality, a
reality that is full of suffering. People are sick and in pain: people
have lost their homes in disasters and wars and have nothing in which to
believe any longer and are suffering in their despair. For those whose
belongings have all been destroyed, their refuge in the material world
has been shown to be empty and meaningless. This kind of pain is always
occurring all around us.
Master Tozan answered the monk, “You have to go where there is no hot and no cold!”
The monk continued, “Where is that place where there is no hot or cold? Where is that true place of refuge for the mind?”
The
priest answered, “When it is hot, become that heat completely! When it
is cold, become one with that cold completely and totally! When it is
painful, become that pain completely and totally, and when you are
miserable, become that misery totally and completely! In the very midst
of that, go beyond all the thoughts you hold in your mind, let go of all
the ideas of good or bad or gain or loss – let go of all of these
thoughts – and from there grasp that place of your very own vivid life
energy! That which directly experiences that ‘ouch’ – feel that life
energy directly, grasp that life energy that feels that pain and
sorrow.” More important than finding a place out of pain and suffering,
or trying to find a place where there is no pain or suffering, is to go
directly to that place where the pain and suffering are being
experienced, to go where you feel that pain and sadness directly and
totally. Touch that life energy directly and with your own experience.
Use that actual direct experience which you have grasped as your base,
and stand up strong and firm. This is how the master answered the monk.
Phoenix from the Ashes
Of
course this advice is not just for the metaphoric physical feeling of
hot and cold. We may apply it to every aspect of our lives. Especially
in relationships for example where we might suffer emotional or
psychological trauma.
As
it’s happening, we must not deny it, but rather go into the very heart
of the contraction and become as one with it – to soften into it – in
the way described above. Then the bubble of identification bursts, the
void of silence is touched, the soul rises like a pheonix from the ashes
and a new, more harmonious reality takes shape.
Finally, the majesty of the expanded self is realized.
